ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES AND TOBACCO: A fully detailed list of wines and period wines as well as the length held by shipper is required, above 9 liters subject to duties. DUTIES: Household goods/personal effect are duty free provided the goods have been owned and used for period of 12 months VEHICLES: Documents required: 3 notarized copies of the vehicle tittle;driver license;purchase documents;vehicle registration and insurance certificate. Your vehicle may be imported up to months from the date of your arrival in Australia. A first time settler to Australia is permitted to import 1 vehicle free of duty and sales tax.
